Threads in the Static is the most personal project I’ve ever made. It came together piece by piece, almost like I was trying to tune into a signal that kept drifting in and out. These songs are me working through the noise in my head the pressure to be someone I’m not, the anxiety of feeling stuck, the grief that sneaks up on me, and the small sparks of hope that keep me going.

A lot of this album was written during moments where life felt overwhelming, but there were also these quiet, beautiful pockets where things finally made sense. I wanted the music to reflect that mix the glitchy chaos and the clarity hiding underneath it. Sonically, it blends the indie-rock and electronic stuff I’ve always loved, with some anime-influenced emotion and that “late-night thinking too much” energy.

At its core, Threads in the Static is about trying to find myself again. It’s about feeling disconnected from the world around me, but still trying to pick up the pieces and stitch something meaningful together. Every track is a little snapshot of where my head was at fear, hope, nostalgia, frustration, love all tangled up in this weird, honest way.
